My Project

SEL or Social Emotional Learning is key in elementary school. This is my fourteenth year support students prek-5th grade. During weekly SEL time, students learn social awareness, self management, relationship skills , responsible decision making, and self awareness. These are valuable life long skills students need daily! My school uses the Second Step Curriculum. However, it is always important to keep lessons engaging and interesting for all types of learners. Using the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card, I will have access to quick fun activities, worksheets, posters, and collaborative activities to support students learning these SEL skills.
