My Project
Kindergarteners love to create art! They love to work with different tools and supplies. I am requesting Crayola twistable crayons for my students. Kindergarteners love these art supplies because they are bold, different, and easy to use. This is wonderful for five-year-olds.
The ready to finish frames will be painted and decorated by my kindergarteners.
The marker holders will help my kindergarteners keep their markers together and organized. The buttons will be used to create art projects. I wish you could see the joy on my students' faces as they work on an art project. They proudly show their creations to me and their classmates. We will be using these materials for all subject areas.
Exploring, discovering, and experimenting through art has great value in education. Hands-on experiences lead to gains in math, reading, cognitive ability, critical thinking, and verbal skills. I also find that my students are motivated and highly engaged when they are creating art in my classroom. I feel that art is the perfect way to engage 100% of my students. I am also requesting books from our favorite authors. Thank you for your support!
