Help me give my students a solid snack if they missed breakfast. And saltine crackers to help with upset stomachs.

My Project
First off, I am not a teacher. I am a school health nurse. Our school is Pre-K to 8th grades. Our enrollment is 759 and more than 65% of these students fall into the free and reduced meal plan. I am requesting snacks for the children of my school who do not eat breakfast. I have been doing this job for 23 years and found that saltine crackers are the best fix-all for upset stomachs.
However, quite a few of these students do not make it to school in time to get their breakfast.
Usually, it is no fault of their own, only one car and dad took it to work, no alarm clock to wake them up to walk to school or missed the bus. Most of our students are within a two mile radius us the school and have to walk.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
