This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to learn. They are at an age where everything is new and exciting. It is difficult to concentrate when your tummy is telling you it wants a snack. As a teacher I know there are times when students may come to school without having eaten because there is no food at home.

This project will provide snacks for my kindergarten students.

These snacks are on the healthier side. Some items included in this project are cereal, graham crackers, and fruit flavored gummies. These snacks will help to ease the wait time between 1st recess and lunch.
