Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal for this project is to create an engaging, hands-on multisensory learning environment, where my students of all abilities, will develop new skills through play.

My wish list for this project will support the academic development of my students, including those with significant developmental delays, but also their social/emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

In our classroom, the children engage, play, create and learn in centers every day. With the math, science, and engineering activities this project is requesting, the students will build with magnetic blocks, design a playground, construct letters and numbers, create a marble maze, balance dinosaurs and design a classroom flower garden with friends! Our little explorers will burst with excitement, as they watch a volcano explode!
