My Project

I am a school counselor that serves students receiving free and reduced lunch. My school is located in a district where the majority of students come from a low-income/high poverty area. They are faced with many challenges both in and out of the classroom. Due to these challenges, I work diligently to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences that will spark their love of learning through discovering the fabulous world of science. Our school currently does not have a stem lab and I am working diligently to create a stem lab for our students.

STEM motivates students to learn and to apply knowledge to new and novel tasks.

My students will thrive with these STEM activities.
