Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

COVID-19 has left some major gaps for our students in the core subjects of math, ELA, science, and social studies. The STEM car kits and classroom supplies will give the students a chance to discuss, build and create while using higher-level thinking skills. Students will be able to closely work in cooperative groups to solve problems and make something they are really proud of. These kits will make for engaging and interactive interdisciplinary writing lessons that tie everything together. Helping to rekindle the love and joy of learning the COVID-19 restrictions and protocols have diminished over the last 18 months.
