Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The STEM problem-solving kits will provide hands-on learning experiences that engage my students in critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. These kits will encourage exploration, trial and error, and perseverance—essential skills for young learners. By incorporating STEAM activities, students will develop problem-solving strategies, improve fine motor skills, and build confidence in tackling challenges independently.
My goal is to create an engaging learning environment where students can explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) in a fun and meaningful way.
I want to foster curiosity and critical thinking through hands-on problem-solving activities. These kits will support early engineering concepts, teamwork, and perseverance, helping my students build a strong foundation for future learning.
My students are bright, eager, and full of curiosity. They love to explore, create, and ask questions about the world around them. Many are experiencing STEAM activities for the first time, and I want to provide opportunities that inspire a lifelong love of learning. They thrive when they can engage in hands-on experiences that challenge their thinking and encourage collaboration.
