This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My gifted students are still feeling the isolating effects of the COVID-19 school shutdown from 2020. My gifted students are back in classrooms ready for hands-on, collaborative, and challenging learning experiences. STEM robot building kits, Magna-Tiles, LEGO Gadgets, building plank sets, and other open-ended building materials directly relate to helping my students continue to acclimate to in-person learning by giving them open-ended enrichment S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Mathematics) activities that require them to collaborate with their peers and be creative!
