My Project
Working in an inner city school district where many families struggle to put food on the table at home makes it hard for learning to happen properly. When kids are hungry they have a hard time focusing and keeping their bodies in control. Some kids come to school starving as their parents have no money to feed them properly and really only eat what we feed them at school. SO Please help me fund some snacks for my classroom to help my little learners stay focused and learn to their full potential.
