This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It is well known that students learn best when their basic needs are met. The supplies requested in this project will not only allow me to meet those needs but to also motivate and incentivize student success.
Help us start the year off right!
We have late lunch and it can be tough for 2nd graders to focus when they are hungry. I have asked for snacks like Cheez-Its, Rice Krispie Treats, fruit snacks, crackers, and Pringles so that I can provide my students with an easy pick me up when needed.
Fidgets, pens, slime, light-up bracelets, Pop Rocks, Airheads, Fun Dip and Ring Pops are also on the list. These will act as classroom prizes to motivate students as part of my classroom management system.
I know these items will make such a difference to my students this year. Thank you for your consideration!
