My Project
The supplies I’m requesting will have a direct and positive impact on my students’ learning experiences in my classroom. The Astrobrights Colored Paper will allow students to create engaging and colorful projects that will make learning feel more interactive and creative. They’ll use it for visual aids, art projects, and presentations, helping them stay excited and engaged while learning. The Lettermark Multi-Purpose Copy Paper will be used for everything from writing assignments to classroom printing needs. We teachers have to provide our own copy paper for different graphic organizers, classwork, projects, and homework sheets. The Kisston Lap Desks will allow students to have a comfortable, flexible workspace, especially when they are working on the carpet during our whole-group and small-group time. This flexibility is especially helpful for students who thrive in different types of learning environments, and the added storage space will keep their materials organized. The Enday Pre-Sharpened Pencils Students are a necessity in my classroom, most of my students don't have supplies and pencils are one of the main things that are requested every day. My students will always be prepared to write, sketch, and take notes, keeping them focused and on task. Lastly, the Paper Cutter will allow me to cut materials for my student's projects with precision while also doing it quickly. This will also be an essential tool for organizing and preparing classroom activities.
In this project, my goal is to have my students create their first personal narrative, the goal of their essays being to focus on what makes them all unique and/or special.
My students are incredibly curious, creative, and hardworking. They come from diverse backgrounds, and many of them face unique challenges that require extra support. Despite these challenges, they approach each day with enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
