it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I’m seeking donations for my DonorsChoose project to provide snacks for my students so they can stay after school without the distraction of hunger. Many of my students are deeply committed to staying engaged in afterschool activities such as tutoring, enrichment programs, and sports, but hunger is often a barrier to their full participation. Without a snack to keep them energized, it’s difficult for them to focus, stay motivated, or participate to their best ability. By providing healthy snacks, you’ll help ensure that they are able to continue learning, collaborating, and growing in a positive and supportive environment after school hours.
