My Project
The 3rd graders of our Elementary are full of creativity, curiosity and big dreams. However, in our underfunded Philadelphia school resources are limited and basic classroom supplies are often out of reach. We are asking for your support to fuel the learning journey of these bright and bold young leaders.
With your donations, it is the hope that essential materials such as pencils, cleaning wipes and storage containers can be provided for these scholars.
It is also the hope that safe and flexible seating can be provided for the students. Many days the students feel safest in a seat outside of the confines of a typical student desk.
These tools will allow for students to engage more deeply with their lessons, express themselves creatively, utilize flexible seating and further develop critical thinking skills.
Many of our students face challenges outside the classroom, but inside, we strive to create a space where they feel safe, supported and most importantly, inspired. Your support will not only supply much needed items but also sends a powerful message to our students: their dreams matter, and their futures are worth the investment.
