Fueling Our Football Team!

Help me give my students protein snacks and protein shakes to fuel their bodies after football practice.

My Project

Many athletes believe that part of the "success formula" is nutrition and fueling the body. We want students to get outside more as well as learn how to fuel their bodies.

The items in this project will allow our football players to refuel after practice and games.

Often times the players are drained when leaving practice and the protein shakes can help refuel their energy to make it throughout the day. The protein bars and gatorade packets will be available for the individuals who want those instead of the shakes. We want to make sure that our football team stays hydrated and full of good nutrition!
