My Project

Many of the children we serve come from low-income households, and they often face significant challenges, both inside and outside the classroom. A key obstacle is food insecurity, which can have a direct impact on their ability to focus and succeed academically.

Our school community is filled with bright, motivated students who are eager to learn, but many come to school without the fuel they need to stay energized and focused throughout the day.

Unfortunately, the snacks available to them are often sugary, processed, and lacking in nutritional value. That’s why we need your help to ensure our students have access to healthy, balanced snacks that will help them thrive both academically and physically.

The goal of this project is to provide nutritious, kid-friendly snacks such as fresh fruit, granola bars, trail mix, and whole grain crackers for our students. By offering them healthy options, we can help improve their concentration, support their overall well-being, and create a positive learning environment.

Our students face enough barriers in life already, and something as simple as a healthy snack can make a big difference in their day. These snacks will help ensure they have the energy they need to focus on their studies and succeed in school.
