This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are full of energy, curiosity, and a love for learning that shines through in everything they do. They come to school each day ready to tackle challenges, support one another, and grow. What makes them special is their resilience and enthusiasm—they truly inspire me every single day.
The snacks I’m requesting will play a crucial role in supporting their focus and engagement throughout the school day.
Many of my students arrive hungry or need a little boost to help them stay energized during lessons. Having a quick, healthy snack available will help them maintain their concentration and give them the fuel they need to succeed academically.
My goal for this project is to ensure that no student has to face the distraction of hunger during class. With their basic needs met, they can give their full attention to lessons, participate in group activities, and feel more confident in their learning environment. These snacks will also provide opportunities to teach responsibility and kindness, as students help organize and share resources with their classmates.
By meeting this fundamental need, we’re setting my students up for success—helping them learn better, feel better, and achieve their best. Thank you for supporting this effort to keep our classroom a place where every student can thrive.
