Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many students attending our school come from low-income families and are provided with financial support for breakfast and lunch. This is very beneficial for the students but many of them are continuing to fight hunger throughout the day.

By providing my students with snack options I can help them to remain engaged both in therapy sessions and when returning to class.

These snacks will help me to provide better support to the students in our school. The storage cabinet will provide a place to store these snacks as well as other items used in therapy with children at the school.

With your support we can help kids feel less hungry throughout the day and have the energy and concentration they need to be successful in school.
