My Project

My first graders are full of creativity, imagination, and energy! They love expressing themselves through art — whether it’s painting a story, drawing a favorite memory, or making a colorful card for someone special. Unfortunately, our classroom art supplies are limited, and we don’t have the storage we need to keep materials organized and easy to access.

With your help, I want to give my students access to essential art supplies like crayons, markers, paints, and paper, along with sturdy storage bins to keep everything neat and accessible.

This will allow us to spend less time searching and more time creating!

Our goal is to make art a regular, joyful part of our learning. These supplies will be used across subjects — from illustrating stories in writing to designing science posters and exploring colors in math. Having organized supplies means students can work more independently and take pride in caring for their materials.

Every brushstroke and color choice builds confidence, fine motor skills, and emotional expression. Your support will help turn our classroom into a space where creativity shines and every student feels like an artist.
