My Project

Food insecurity continues to be a big issue in the world today. It makes it hard for our young scholars to focus on classwork and test when their tummies are rumbling. Sometimes they just need a little something to tide them over until the next meal. The kids at our school are a very spirited bunch who love to learn, but sometimes lack the resources they need to be prepared to start their day. Not having confidence in their appearance can be a hindrance to daily attendance.

Self-care, hygiene and access to food continue to be a challenge for some of my students.

My goal is to assist in providing products to help them feel more confident and self-assured as they go on their educational journey.

Just a simple touch-up during the day or a quick snack, can make all the difference! Growing up is hard enough as it is. Kids shouldn't also have to worry about having something to eat on top of that. Let's work together to work towards tackling some of the barriers that prevent our students from learning!
