Fueling Brains by Fueling Bellies

Help me give my students snacks for when in need during the school year in case they do not come to school with lunch or have a need where they need help providing for throughout the year.

My Project

I am creating this project to be able to have food on hand for my students who either cannot afford to being snacks during the day or who struggle with eating while at school. Being able to offer food to my students who may not have the resources at home is every important to me so that they have the brain power to focus and succeed while in this building, building the best future they can for themselves. With each time I give a student a snack it will give me the opportunity to understand where their barriers are with food and how I can instill resources in their lives to help the family be more sustainable.
