My Project
At PS32 our students are curious, energetic, and full of creativity! They love music class and school wide performance opportunities. They are always eager to explore new instruments. Many of our students haven't had access to instruments outside of school, so every opportunity here means the world to them. 60% of our school population are students with autism.
We're raising funds to bring a drumset into our music room and auditorium.
This will give students the chance to experience rhythm hands-on, exciting ways both during music class and in school wide productions. In the classroom, the drumset will help students learn about rhythm, tempo, coordination, and teamwork. In the auditorium, the drumset will play a key role in concerts and the upcoming talent show!
Your support will help students grow musically, socially, and emotionally. With this drumset, our young performers will have the toold they need to express themselves, work as a team, and feel proud of what they create together.
More than a third of students from low‑income households
