This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My low income first generation students are hard working and high achieving. They often complete the impossible by working 40 hours a week to contribute to their family while maintaining high academic standings in all honor classes.

These snacks will provide my students with energy to be able to get through their day.

Most families struggle to put food on the table which leave students distracted by their hunger and unable to focus on their learning. These snacks will help my students fuel their minds to be able to achieve their goals.
