Fuel for Thought: Brain Food for Our Wellness Warriors Club

My Project

Our school is part of the Aspen Challenge, an initiative that gives students an opportunity to raise awareness on social issues that impact their community. Our students have formed the Wellness Warriors' club because of their passion for mental health and wellness. In a few short weeks, they plan to change the way that our school community sees mental health. Before they can do that, they are in need of brain fuel. Our goal is to set up a snack program for our club, and keep the members' brains fueled up during their meetings.

By serving snacks, we hope to make the discussions more productive and motivate the students to get involved in promoting mental health awareness.

In addition, we plan on organizing events at our school to support the mission of our Wellness Warriors. These events will educate students about mental health, reduce stigma, and encourage open dialogue on the subject. By fostering a culture of understanding and empathy, we aim to create a positive impact on the mental well-being of our school community.
