My Project
This is a collaborative project between two teachers at P231K (Ms. Antoinette & Ms. Melissa). Both Ms. Antoinette & Ms. Melissa are special education teachers who each have a class of 6 students on the autism spectrum.
Our students work best with their favorite snacks. Funding this project will give them the opportunity to earn these as rewards for completing school work and making progress towards their goals.
Our students are working on goals related to communication and life skills. Learning to request their favorite snacks is a skill all of our students will be working on this year. This project will give us the funding to buy these snacks for them. Our students love Oreos, chips, Goldfish, M& M's, gummy bears, and Skittles!
