My Project

Students benefit greatly from having snacks during the school day for a variety of reasons that support both their academic performance and overall well-being. Our 3rd and 4th graders are in a crucial stage of growth, they require consistent energy and nutrients to stay focused and active. Healthy snacks help maintain their energy levels between meals, especially since our lunch schedule is late in the school day. Without these boosts, my students may experience fatigue, irritability, or difficulty concentrating—factors that can negatively impact their learning and classroom behavior.

I am requesting several different individually wrapped snacks that will help my students maintain their energy level between meals.

When my students come to school without eating breakfast or don't bring a snack from home, their ability to concentrate diminishes significantly. This can lead to behavioral issues, reduced participation, and a decline in academic performance. Ensuring that my students receive a snack during the school day is not just about satisfying hunger; it's about creating the optimal conditions for learning, emotional stability, and positive social interaction.
