My Project

Our library is a vital resource for our community, especially for our dedicated night school students. These students juggle work, family, and other responsibilities during the day, then come to us in the evening, ready to learn and improve their lives. To support their success, we want to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment where they can focus on their studies. A simple addition – a mini fridge – can make a big difference.

Currently, our night school students have limited options for drinks during their classes, which are held in the library.

Many bring their meals but lack a place to store perishable items. This can lead to inconvenience, distractions, and even unhealthy choices. Our night school students are a dedicated group of adults pursuing their educational goals. They demonstrate incredible perseverance and commitment by attending classes after a full day of work and other responsibilities. They are striving to improve their lives, enhance their skills, and achieve their dreams. They deserve our support and the resources that will help them succeed. Many of our students are working parents, and the library provides a quiet space for both learning and family.
