My Students
We have started a brand new school in Cleveland that is centered on the International Baccalaureate curriculum. Our students come from all over Cleveland and represent a dynamic mix of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. The students, however, have one characteristic that truly stands out: their love and eagerness for learning.
My students are determined and dedicated learners that need your assistance to be able to complete the many projects that IB mandates.
As one of the few complete music programs in our city, it is imperative that my students have the resources they need to be successful musicians and music consumers for life!
My Project
Due to budget cuts in our school system, our school budget is closed. My music department still needs to learn and grow - sheet music are our text books. I need to procure music for my students so we can still perform virtually or, hopefully... in person again.
COVID-19 aerosol studies have shown that traditionally large bands just won't be safe; we must adjust and transform our groups into small ensembles to keep performing and learning together.
