My Project
A new classroom rug will support dual language learners as they grow and develop their biliteracy skills in English and Spanish.
Our classroom rug will support dual language learners as they grow and develop their biliteracy skills in English and Spanish by providing a comfortable, welcoming space to learn.
Four wonderful benefits of a classroom rug include:
1) creating a defined learning space with a place for everyone to collectively sit down together and engage in collaborative learning activities.
2) encouraging class participation by providing a comfortable, inviting place that makes students feel more comfortable to engage in collaborative activities.
3) facilitates structure and routine by providing a designated place for classroom routines.
4) building a sense of community by providing a welcoming gathering space to collaborate and problem-solve together.
