Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our 6th–8th grade SDC (mild/moderate) students have faced an especially challenging year. With only three SDC teachers on campus and two out for the majority of the school year, our students have spent much of their time with long-term substitutes. Despite the disruption, these incredible kids have remained resilient, patient, and positive. We would appreciate your support and donations to help purchase giant soccer ball and volleyballs, team building games, and walkie talkies so that staff can keep our students safe while having a fun filled day!
With your help, we can give our SDC students an unforgettable field day—one filled with fun, teamwork, and memories they’ll cherish.
