This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our digital art class is embarking on an exciting journey, and we need your help to make it a reality. We are seeking funding for a large format printer that will revolutionize the way our students create, express their identities, and develop their digital art skills.

It's not just a piece of equipment; it's a gateway to limitless creativity and learning for our students:

1) Enhanced Learning: The large format printer will allow students to transform their digital creations into tangible, high-quality prints. This hands-on experience will deepen their understanding of the artistic process.

2) Identity and Expression: Many of our students come from diverse backgrounds, and this printer will enable them to express their unique identities and life experiences through art. It's a platform for cultural expression and personal storytelling. The will specifically be making movie style posters to express who they are to display in the school and in their homes.

3) Portfolio Development: As our students prepare for careers or further studies in art, a robust portfolio is essential. With this printer, they can compile impressive portfolios showcasing their talents.

4) Community Engagement: Art should be shared with the community. The large format printer will enable our students to organize exhibitions and share their art, fostering pride and unity within our school and the broader community.

5) Empowering Creativity: Your support will empower our students to dream big and push the boundaries of their digital artistry. It will boost their confidence, motivation, and commitment to pursuing their artistic passions.
