My Project

Indoor recess can be tough for students who need a way to move, play, and connect with their classmates. When the weather keeps us inside, I want to provide my third graders with games and activities that encourage creativity, collaboration, and fun.

This project will bring in a mix of classic and hands-on games like LEGOs, Connect Four, Sorry, and Pop the Pig, along with other board games and building activities that spark problem-solving and teamwork.

These resources will give students opportunities to think strategically, practice patience, and build positive relationships with their peers.

By funding this project, you’re helping transform indoor recess from a challenge into a highlight of the day. Students will have access to toys and games that not only make them laugh but also build important social-emotional skills like cooperation, communication, and resilience.
