This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students from Baltimore City for their resilience, creativity, and unique voices. Many are multilingual learners and students with IEPs, bringing diverse perspectives and strengths to our classroom. Despite their challenges, they show determination and a genuine eagerness to express themselves and engage deeply with literature and writing.
The projector will be an essential tool to make lessons more accessible and engaging for all learners.
Clearly displaying texts, videos, and student work supports visual learners and helps multilingual students better understand complex language. It also aids students with IEPs by providing multiple ways to access content and participate in discussions.
I can integrate multimedia resources and collaborative activities that connect literature to real-life experiences with the projector. This interactive approach empowers every student to build confidence in reading, writing, and speaking, while celebrating their unique learning needs.
Each resource will help create an inclusive, dynamic classroom where all students feel supported, valued, and inspired to succeed.
