My Project

Hi! I am a first year teacher trying to set up my classroom library. The books I have selected are a variety of non fiction books, second-grade favorites, and some classics.

I want my future classroom to be a place that fosters a love of literacy.

Although I am nervous to begin teaching, I am confident that my students will understand how reading is a multi purpose tool to be used throughout their lives. Reading has always been one of my favorite activities and I hope to pass this love to my students.
