My Project
Reading is a basic essential for all subjects academically. As a first grade teacher, it is my goal to assure that my learners master the basic foundation to move from emergent to proficient readers.
These items in my chart will help me to acheieve that goal.
They will help to promotes letter recognition, word association, and phonics. They will give hands on experience to help enhance phonemic awareness through games, along with reading fluency, and visual literacy.
Learning should be fun, engaging and motivating. Please help me to promote these eagar learners from emergent readers to proficient readers by giving them hands on experiences that will last though out their academic years.
