My Project
I would like my students to experience the amazing transformation of caterpillars to butterflies utilizing the butterfly life cycle kits! The hands-on activity would allow the students to see the metamorphosis of butterflies from beginning to end.
Students have read about the stages of butterflies but have never seen the process from beginning to end.
I would like my students to read about butterflies and complete the hands-on exploration, especially with Earth Day coming up. This will be so exciting for them to apply what they have learned to real life. It will also be memorable for them to release the butterflies into the environment.
