My Project
As a 4th-8th grade instrumental music teacher I am fortunate to work with students who are creative, eager to learn, and excited to make music together. Regardless of what instrument they play, the students show up ready to grow.
I am requesting specific items that will directly enhance our classroom: a Korg TM 70 tuner/metronome and CM 400 microphone contact microphone combo white, a snark tuner with clip on, a helicore viola string set, D’Addario prelude violin string set ¾ size, Vandoren Bb clarinet reeds (2.5), and a cello stand with bow holder.
Each of these tools serve a great purpose. The tuners and microphones will help students develop strong intonation and play together with confidence. Replacement strings for violin and viola will ensure that students can continue learning without interruption if a string breaks. High-quality clarinet reeds will support tone development and allow for quick replacement of damaged or worn out reeds. The cello stand will help keep our instruments safe and improve the overall organization of the classroom. Together, these tools will help support the daily flow of our instrumental music program while also allowing students to focus on growing as musicians.
My goal is to create a well-equipped, supportive, and inspiring space where all students can thrive musically and academically. These supplies will help keep students engaged, encouraged, and empowered.
Your support helps provide not just materials—but motivation and opportunity—especially in moments of frustration or challenge. Your contribution will have a lasting impact on their scholastic journey. Thank you for your support and consideration!
