This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our first-grade classroom is ready to bloom, and we need your help to create a space that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for reading! I’m working on building a vibrant, cozy library that will spark my students’ imaginations and help them grow as readers.

With your generous donation, we can transform our classroom with:

- Brightly colored bookshelves and flexible seating so students can read in comfortable spots, whether they want to curl up on a bean bag or sit low with a scoop chair.

- Engaging and age-appropriate learning materials that will help students explore phonics concepts that will support their literacy.

- A dynamic space that’s designed to be inviting and inspiring, helping students feel excited to learn and grow.

My students have different reading levels and interests, and this new library will offer something for everyone, whether they're just starting to recognize letters or reading independently. Your support will help foster a community of readers who can explore, learn, and dream big.
