My Students

Wrestling in the most diverse high school in the nation. Most of the kids we service come from colorful backgrounds and a good majority are low income. Our wrestlers come to us for many reasons, some come to us for supports they lack at home, some come to better themselves physically and emotionally, and some come to us to be great wrestlers. Over the years we have trained over 20 state champions, 10 all americans and 2 national champions and with your help we will be able to reach even more.

My Project

Help take one of the worries out of our low income athletes by insuring they can go into competition looking like a Champion. New uniforms will help our wrestlers self confidence as they compete as they have gear that is new and not riddled with stains and tears. With the rise of female wrestling and the oppurtunities that are available to them the new gear will also help encourage female wrestling at our school. We even have a few that plan to be mentors and introduce the sport to girls at the elementary level.
