Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students will design and make bracelets. They will then hide the bracelets throughout the building for other students to find. I want to encourage my 5th graders to promote kindness throughout our building and give our students something to brighten their day and lift their spirits!

Our community service goal is to promote kindness throughout the building by having kindness bracelets scattered around the school for students to find.

What better way to help students develop life skills like empathy and compassion for others. I want them to understand and learn that even kids can make a difference in the world.
