This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

To aide in the training and development of student athletes in the sport of football. Our goal is to find unique ways in improving our performance on the field. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and football is what brings them together. We have been a struggling program for the past 2 decades so funding through donations, attendance, and school funds are hard to come by. This will be my first year taking over the program and it is my hope that by putting a competitive team on the field, those donations and funds will be more readily available to improve our facilities, equipment, apparel, and increase our participation in this great sport.
