Help me give my students an outlet to express themselves whether it is great joy or to help them reflect and deal with challenges that may occur. The pens will be used to create murals in their classrooms.

My Project

Many of my students are dealing with some external issues that they bring with them to school with them. Divorce, abuse, alcohol, and drug addiction all add up to students not being ready to learn. My project will allow students to channel some of these feelings into projects that will help them express themselves while at the same time brightening the campus. It will also allow the students to add their legacy to the campus for the next generation of students to see and embrace. The project will celebrate the student and the strengths they contribute to our school community.
