My Students

As a teacher, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.

My students are third graders in Utah.

My students love to learn and like most kids their age, hey love to work with their hands.

My Project

These fractions tiles will help my students learn how to break up a whole. They will be able to see how fractions are related and how we can use fractions in different things that we do.

My students will use the fractions tiles to help them see how different fractions are related to each other.

It will show them how different fractions can be equivalent or the same. It will help my students visualize what a fraction is and how they are broken into different parts of a whole. They will be able to do their fraction math more hands on and not struggle with understanding fractions.
