I try to provide the optimal foundation for social, emotional, and academic learning through learning centers in my classroom.
My school is unlike any other!
It is a warm and friendly environment that has diverse students from all socioeconomic backgrounds. My students come from all over the city to attend our one of a kind school. My students are six and seven years old and are in first grade.
My Project
The students will learn valuable social, emotional, and academic skills through play. The students will be able to cooperate, negotiate, take turns, and play by the rules with these academic board games. The students will play the games at our learning centers around the classroom. I am also requesting chart paper, incentive charts, and ink. These are some much needed supplies that will be used throughout the school year.
