it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
What I love the most about my students is that they are a diverse and imaginative group of learners, just like the four main characters in this book, "Hello Universe"! My students come from a variety of different cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. They bring to school with them interesting perspectives, interests, and talents. These materials will allow my students to have their own personal copies of the novel, and the materials they need to think and write critically about the themes of perspective and imagination throughout this Newberry Award-winning novel by Erin Entrada Kelly.
