For the Love of Writing!!

My students need composition books to help guide their letter writing, writing journals to become published authors and crayons to illustrate their published pieces.

My Students

Do you remember what is was like the first time you published your own story. My students are working on learning how to write letters to form words that will tell their personal stories.

My class is a Title One, Collaborative Team Teaching Classroom.

We have a class with General and Special Education children. Our children are starting to learn how to create beautiful stories with their own words. This year we are planning to help them write independently on various genres.

My Project

With the items I am requesting we will be able to use the write on chart to model the writing genre. We would use the composition books to help the children to learn how to write their letters correctly. The lines in the composition books are broken so they will help guide the children to guide their letters. The other notebooks would be used as writing journals to help students find their love of being an Author and Illustrator.

Thank you for any support you can give us to buy the tools that will help us support our children as Authors and Illustrators.

Maybe in years to come we will be able to buy one of my students work in the bookstore and it will be because of what you were able to donate to them.
