Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

Low-income students need flag football equipment. Most of my students come from poverty-level homes. Our school needs some good equipment to provide a physical education experience that will be motivating, challenging, and give instruction in basic skills.

My students face many obstacles (low income families, single-parent homes, poor neighborhood homes, insufficient equipment). I would like to provide them with some good flag football equipment that will facilitate some positive experiences with physical education in our school.

These students need some age-appropriate footballs (junior size) and a set of flag football belts that will give them the equipment they need to provide many positive experiences in physical education. This equipment can bring opportunities for these students to learn many valuable lessons in character, good sportsmanship, and fair play.

Your help will make it possible for my students to share in many experiences that will benefit them for their entire lives. Together with positive instruction, this equipment will be used to teach these students the basic skills of football, and help provide them with many hours of quality physical education. Your help will be an inspiration to these young athletes.
