My Project

My kiddos are the absolute best. I get to work with so many creative and neat students each day that I am so thankful for. They are fun to be around, tell the best stories, but also have the biggest needs. My students with disabilities are amazing and they strive when they are given just a little more support.

Having these new resources and snacks available to my students will allow them to have food in their bellies and materials to work with in their classes.

I had snacks available earlier this year, and they were ALL devoured in weeks. I was SHOCKED, but it also made it aware that there is a much bigger need than I realized for food and basic supplies.

Having these two, I feel, are what can turn a bad morning into one of the absolute best days. They will be able to focus more on their schoolwork and worry less about how hungry they are or where they will find a pen to write with.

It would mean so much to me to be able to provide some fun new materials and snacks to my high school students in a safe and friendly learning environment.
