My Project
I wanted to include a unit on proteins in my food science class where we discuss fermentation and the process of making mozzarella and how the protein are affected. The food processor and 2-inch dial thermometer are necessary replacements or updates for old tools that are outdated or broken. The scrapers are helpful for when we go through bread making or pasta making. Our food science lab has 6 separate kitchen spaces, and there are a few that are missing some of these tools necessary for a few of the labs we do to learn the ins and outs of food science.
