My Project
Imagine trying to concentrate on a challenging math problem, reading a book, or engaging in a science experiment while your stomach is growling. Hunger can make it difficult for students to focus and stay engaged. As a dedicated teacher, I want to ensure my students have the fuel they need to succeed. Providing healthy snacks will not only keep their energy levels up but also create an environment where they can stay focused, learn effectively, and feel cared for. I teach an incredible group of students who come from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique strengths and challenges.
Many of my students face economic hardships, which can sometimes mean coming to school without enough to eat.
